Making History campaign materials - click to see moreTo fuel the next era in its development, the University of Pennsylvania needed a new campaign that would resonate with a diverse pool of current and prospective donors.

From initial concepts to launch, Steege/Thomson partnered with Penn to help bring that vision to life and shape communications around the $3.5 billion campaign.

Making History:The Campaign for Penn launched in October 2007 with a spectacular party, an ongoing regional rollout and nearly $1.7 billion raised.

Steege/Thomson is honored and proud to have helped Penn develop this world-class campaign with a wide array of print and multimedia materials, including: the campaign video, print collateral, a branding toolkit, a campaign communications plan and materials for President Gutmann’s briefing of top prospects. These materials underscore our capacity for developing and managing fundraising communications projects of this size.


Ronald McDonald House Global Charities

Ronald McDonald house Global Charities For Ronald McDonald House Global Charities, Steege/Thomson developed print collateral that brought to life the campaign's goal of increased support for healthcare services to children and families worldwide. Still in progress, this successful campaign is on track to surpass its goal.


Sherman Hospital

Sherman HospitalLocated in Elgin, IL, Sherman Hospital will construct an entirely new facility, designed in response to a thorough analysis of the region's healthcare needs for the future. 

Working with our strategic partner, Campbell & Company, we created a fundraising campaign brochure that shows the vision for the new building. Rising out of the prairie, complete with geothermal lake as a sustainable energy source, the new facility will be a model for community hospitals.


 

American Press Institute

American Press Institute When the American Press Institute embarked on a campaign for an initiative to reinvent the newspaper industry, Steege/Thomson created materials to help foster a sense of urgency and excitement.

We designed a bold logo in the grand tradition of the newspaper masthead and applied it to campaign materials, including an invitation to a symposium of the nation’s most powerful publishers. A streamlined case statement derives its look from the dynamic logo, and digital printing uses resources strategically to reach a small number of major campaign donors.


The Masters School

Masters SchoolFor The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York, Steege/Thomson developed a campaign communications plan and case statement that talks to alumni and parents. These materials convey the strengths of a school that shifted from all-girls to coeducation while sustaining its core values and mix of day and boarding students on a stunning campus.

Franklin Institute

Franklin InstituteOur campaign brochure placed a $50 million campaign for The Franklin Institute in the context of a changing world, where scientific understanding plays an increasingly important role. The brochure used a dynamic design and accompanying text to convey the excitement of the planned exhibits.
