As communications consultants for the Smithsonian’s first-ever comprehensive capital campaign, with a $1.5 billion goal, SteegeThomson has developed overall strategy and messaging to reach long-term friends as well as new donors at every level of giving. We also created specific tools that range from multimedia presentations to traditional case statements. Our campaign work built on more than a decade of communications services to the Smithsonian, which includes nine annual reports, executive communications that have resulted in messages and talking points for the CEO, and internal planning documents retooled for easy access by lay readers.
