If you couldn’t be a communicator, what would you be?
I think a psychologist. In order to be effective in PR and marketing, you must have a knack for making meaningful connections with people. How you listen and then advise is important, as are how you become a helpful resource (versus a pest) and how you deliver the right information to the right person at the right time. I could see this lending itself well to being a great therapist … though the sitting all day would kill me.
What motivates and inspires you?
Unlikely animal friendships. You know, those adorable stories of an orangutan raising baby tigers, or a mother cat nursing abandoned puppies, or how about the lovefest between a grizzly bear and a man. This is my favorite way to see the world. It’s inspiring to watch beautiful, unlikely connections and know anything is possible.
