As the pandemic has worn on, caring for our mental health has become a public imperative for all ages. Building on the award-winning #mindPHL campaign, we worked with Independence Blue Cross to create Know Your Mind, a multi-platform initiative harnessing the expertise of diverse local mental health professionals to share insights into anxiety and depression, as well as tips for self-care and finding help. Through partnerships NBC10, Telemundo62, iHeartMedia, and WHYY, this campaign – in English and Spanish — generated more than 40 million impressions, reaching 75% of adults over age 25 in the Southeastern Pennsylvania market with needed information and hope.
